- Our associates will assist to inspect and manage your customized care plan to ensure compliance
- We will assist to monitor your care plan compliance
- Assist to remind patient to take their medications as directed by the RN/Doctor.
- Assist to serve meals according to instructions
- Assist to take and record temperature, pulse and respiration rates
- Assistance with bathing in bed, tub or shower.
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, and care of hair including shaving, etc.
- Assist to clean around and secure the clients Foley catheter or condom catheter.(this appeared twice)
- Assistance with a cane or walkerList Item
- Support client during their employment pre-screening phase
- Assist to accompany client to obtain medical care.
- Provide long term support to client during their continued employment
- Assist to wash the client’s dishes
- Assist to tidy the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and personal environment.
- Assist with the care of nails (no cutting).
- Assist to shop for the client if there is no other arrangement possible
- Assistance with bedpan, commode and toilet.
- Assist to do the client’s laundry and ironing.
- Assist moving from bed to chair, or wheelchair.
- Assist to care for incontinent patient.
- Assist client in changing positions to prevent decubiti.
- Assistance with eating.
- Assist to follow medical recommendations such as increased physical activity, etc
- Support client during their job coaching phase
- Assist to make and change a client's bed.
- Assist with dust and vacuum.
