2. Service Commencement & Governing Agreements
Actual direct support services cannot and will not commence via this Site. Any services provided by the Agency are strictly contingent upon separate offline communications, program eligibility determinations, required program authorizations, and the mutual execution of separate, legally binding written agreements.
If any statement, description, or representation on this Site conflicts with an executed service contract, authorization, or formal participant agreement, the executed agreement exclusively governs and controls.
